About project:

We are looking for a .NET Developer for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities:

• As senior .NET Developer you will be designing, developing, modifying, and deploying backend solutions, ensuring robust, scalable applications that meet business requirements;
• You will be coding and testing new or updated API services, verifying that they function as intended and meet performance standards;
• You will be designing and consuming RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between applications and services, ensuring efficient data flow across systems; 
• You will be developing and optimizing database systems to support application data needs and enhance data retrieval efficiency;
• You will be integrating with third-party APIs, expanding application functionality through reliable external service connections;
• You will be enhancing the performance and scalability of server-side applications to handle growing user demands without compromising efficiency;
• You will be implementing and maintaining secure server-side logic and data access layers, protecting applications and data from unauthorized access;
• You will be applying security best practices to safeguard applications and sensitive information, addressing potential vulnerabilities proactively;
• You will be troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving backend issues efficiently, maintaining smooth operations and minimizing downtime;
• You will be participating in the design and architecture of new applications and features, contributing valuable insights to build effective, long-term solutions;
• You will be contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards, supporting best practices and enhancing team productivity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with a strong focus on .NET technologies, showcasing your ability to deliver reliable server-side applications;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH)  – Necessary condition;
• Experience with C# and .NET Core, ensuring a high level of proficiency with core backend development tools; 
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, including experience in creating and consuming APIs to enable smooth integration across platforms; 
• Experience with Git, for effective version control and collaboration within development teams; 
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, providing a strong foundation in collaborative and iterative development processes; 
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of backend systems, ensuring that applications run efficiently even under heavy loads; 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling productive collaboration and clear information exchange within a cross-functional team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM frameworks, simplifying database interactions and enhancing data handling efficiency;
• Experience with Azure, adding cloud management and deployment capabilities to your skillset;
• Experience with DevOps practices, contributing to streamlined deployment and operational processes;
• Knowledge of Blazor, enhancing your capability in building interactive and dynamic web applications within the .NET ecosystem.

• Salary for work amounting to 90,000 – 100,000 PHP;
