About project: 

We are looking for a Network administrator for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities:

• As Network administrator you will be maintaining both existing and new network infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring they remain fully operational and aligned with support processes;
• You will be building, deploying, and managing network infrastructure, implementing upgrades and optimizations to enhance performance and security; 
• You will be providing support for troubleshooting, incident resolution, and problem management, diagnosing network issues and ensuring timely resolution
• You will be monitoring and reporting on network activity, quality, and performance, ensuring transparency in network operations and security management;
• You will be creating and maintaining documentation, including procedures for support teams, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing; 
• You will be assisting with the implementation of new network and security infrastructure components, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems;
• You will be ensuring network stability, response time, operational consistency, and lifecycle management, optimizing network performance and security posture.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, showcasing deep expertise in network operations and administration;
• 5+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, demonstrating hands-on expertise in network management, security, and troubleshooting;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
• Proficiency in security administration, with hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Skybox, Checkpoint, and Fortinet Firewalls, Pulse remote access, and Reverse Proxy configurations;
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking products, covering network security, optimization, and load balancing;
• Experience in LAN, WAN, and WLAN administration and troubleshooting, ensuring reliable and high-performance network connectivity;
• Solid understanding of security administration, ensuring network infrastructure is protected against cyber threats;
• Experience with DNS and domain management, ensuring proper network routing and name resolution;
• Experience with SolarWinds Management, leveraging monitoring tools for proactive network performance management;
• Expertise in authorization and authentication, ensuring secure access control across network environments.

Nice to have:

• CCNP certification, demonstrating expertise in Cisco networking technologies;
• Palo Alto certification, validating advanced skills in security and firewall administration.
