About project: 

We are looking for a Network Architect for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities:

• As Network Architect you will be designing and implementing advanced network solutions that meet business and technical requirements while ensuring high availability, security, and performance across enterprise systems;
• You will be assessing new and existing network designs, analyzing customer and business needs, and translating them into comprehensive technical solutions that align with strategic objectives and operational standards; 
• You will be designing standardized LAN and WAN models, preparing detailed High-Level Designs and Low-Level Designs to guide implementation teams and ensure architectural consistency across environments; 
• You will be overseeing the installation and configuration of network equipment, coordinating closely with operators, vendors, and local IT teams to ensure smooth and accurate setup of all components; 
• You will be participating in network testing activities, including failover validation, internet breakout verification, and functional testing of existing network devices such as firewalls and optimization tools, ensuring reliability and scalability; 
• You will be leading Network Fault and Incident Management, providing escalation support for critical outages and complex network issues, and driving root cause analysis to ensure long-term stability;
• You will be developing and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures to support operational excellence and future scalability.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in network architecture, routing, switching, and security system integration, preferably with a TAC or Service Provider background;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
• CCNP or CCDP certification, validating your advanced knowledge of Cisco networking design and implementation;
• Proven expertise in LAN/WAN network administration, ensuring high-performance and secure connectivity across environments;
• Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware, with a strong focus on Cisco equipment;
• Deep technical understanding of network protocols and hands-on experience with routing, switching, and load balancing technologies;
• Strong knowledge and application of Quality of Service principles for optimized traffic management;
• Hands-on experience with security administration, particularly using Palo Alto Firewalls and Juniper SSL solutions;
• Experience working with WAN compression and optimization appliances, ensuring efficient bandwidth utilization;
• Familiarity with VoIP and ToIP technologies, including deployment and integration within corporate infrastructures.
