About project: 

We are looking for a Backend Developer for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities:

• As a Backend Developer you will be developing, testing, and maintaining functional software modules, ensuring they meet both technical standards and business requirements;
• You will be debugging moderately complex issues, identifying root causes and applying effective solutions to improve overall system performance; 
• You will be documenting system updates and code changes, providing clear references that support future development and team collaboration; 
• You will be collaborating with project teams, aligning development work with system architecture and contributing to cohesive technical delivery; 
• You will be providing occasional guidance to Junior Analysts, offering support and sharing best practices to help strengthen their technical capabilities. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software development, programming, or system analysis, enabling you to contribute effectively to backend feature development and maintenance;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
• Proficiency in programming languages - Java and .NET - allowing you to build efficient, reliable, and maintainable backend components;
• Experience with debugging tools and troubleshooting techniques, enabling you to identify, analyze, and resolve software issues efficiently;
•  Familiarity with database management systems - MySQL, MS SQL - ensuring effective interaction with backend data layers and stored information;
• Understanding of system analysis and software design principles, supporting the creation of scalable and structured technical solutions;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with moderate independence, ensuring consistent delivery with minimal supervision;
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities, allowing you to work smoothly with cross-functional project teams.

• Salary for work amounting to 60,000 – 70,000 PHP;
