About project: 

We are looking for a Backend Developer for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities:

• As a Backend Developer, you will be designing, developing, and deploying backend solutions utilizing Azure cloud services, ensuring high availability and scalability;
• You will be implementing and maintaining server-side logic using .NET Core/ASP.NET Core and the Blazor framework, ensuring robust and efficient application performance; 
• You will be integrating Bluetooth device functionalities into Windows applications, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliability; 
• You will be building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices, supporting front-end applications and IoT integrations; 
• You will be designing, managing, and optimizing database schemas, queries, and data access layers, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval; 
• You will be optimizing backend performance by implementing scalable and high-performing solutions; 
• You will be applying security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards;
• You will be collaborating with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate backend logic with Blazor components;
• You will be writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best development practices;
• You will be troubleshooting and resolving server-side issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability;
• You will be participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement;
• You will be staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively implementing innovative solutions;
• You will be assisting in the design and architecture of new features and applications, ensuring they align with business needs;
• You will be validating technical feasibility and ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX designs with backend functionalities;
• You will be contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and coding standards, promoting efficiency and maintainability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, with hands-on experience in backend system design and implementation;
• 2+ years of proven experience in Backend Development with Blazor and .NET technologies, ensuring expertise in modern backend frameworks;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, demonstrating deep knowledge of backend development best practices;
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure SQL Database, ensuring cloud-based system efficiency; 
• Hands-on experience with Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly, contributing to modern web application development;
• Proficiency in XAML for Windows application development and Razor for web application development, ensuring a smooth front-end and backend connection;
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services, ensuring efficient communication between systems; 
• Experience with Bluetooth device development on Windows platforms, allowing for seamless hardware and software integration;
• Expertise in database design and management using SQL Server, optimizing data storage and performance; 
• Experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks, ensuring efficient database interactions; 
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, enabling structured and collaborative development workflows; 
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, promoting iterative development and continuous improvement.

• Salary for work amounting to 100,000 – 110,000 PHP;
