About project:
We are looking for an Identity Management Lead for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities:
- As a Management Lead, you will be building, deploying, maintaining, and documenting changes in eDirectory environments, ensuring stability and efficient identity management operations;
- You will be providing senior-level operational support, troubleshooting complex issues, responding to requests, and managing identity-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations;
- You will be supporting projects involving server and application migrations, including those within Novell-related environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime;
- You will be assisting in cleaning up and managing accounts, ensuring all user identities and access privileges adhere to governance policies, and maintaining identity security best practices;
- You will be analyzing account information and extracting data using iGlobalUsers, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with identity lifecycle management policies;
- You will be managing and creating eDirectory drivers to support user provisioning, role-based access, and identity synchronization across systems;
- You will be deploying logic-based auto-provisioning and synchronization of users, ensuring efficient user onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple applications and domains;
- You will be implementing automation solutions to optimize identity management workflows, reducing manual intervention and increasing operational efficiency;
- You will be ensuring system stability, response time, operational consistency, and proper lifecycle management of the eDirectory, ensuring long-term scalability and security;
- You will be ensuring compliance with ITIL framework and identity security best practices, implementing access control policies and identity governance frameworks;
- You will be providing reporting and communication on identity-related operations and incidents, ensuring transparency and alignment with security and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Novell-based infrastructure and/or Linux OS, showcasing deep expertise in identity and access management solutions;
- Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and business stakeholders;
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across technical teams, management, and business users, ensuring alignment of identity governance policies;
- Commitment to best practices, security, and compliance enforcement, ensuring identity solutions align with regulatory requirements;
- Customer-focused mindset, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring effective collaboration with global teams and stakeholders;
- Experience with virtualization technologies, specifically VMware 6.x and above, ensuring optimized performance and scalability of identity management environments;
- Experience with SQL Server, showcasing the ability to manage and extract data efficiently for identity reporting and analysis.
Nice to have:
- Fluency in Italian, providing an advantage for working with Italian-speaking stakeholders or customers.

- Salary for work amounting to 100,000 – 110,000 PHP;
- Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
