• As Fullstack Developer you will be performing coding, testing, and debugging activities, taking responsibility for the overall quality, stability, and maintainability of the delivered solution; 

• You will be designing solution-level integration decisions, clearly communicating architectural and technical choices to team members responsible for implementation; 

• You will be working closely with business partners, architects, and cross-functional teams, identifying technical and functional system needs and helping prioritize development efforts; 

• You will be managing standard system processes and enhancements, ensuring that all solution designs adhere to industry best practices and established software design principles; 

• You will be collaborating with the requirements team and business stakeholders, gaining a clear understanding of scope, priorities, and functional expectations for development work;  

• You will be working with project teams to deliver new business application capabilities, as well as analyzing and remediating defects or performance issues in existing systems; 

• You will be contributing to the definition of project timetables and development plans, supporting realistic delivery schedules and aligned expectations; 

• You will be analyzing and estimating feasibility, cost, effort, and system compatibility, ensuring proposed solutions align with existing architecture and constraints; 

• You will be ensuring required application performance levels are achieved, identifying bottlenecks and supporting optimizations where necessary. 

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience using .NET technologies, enabling the creation of robust and scalable web services; 

• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition; 

• Expertise in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, and React, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design; 

• Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, supporting end-to-end delivery from design to deployment; 

• Strong knowledge of core .NET concepts, including multi-threading, generics, serialization, and thread pools; 

• Experience developing Web Services and Web APIs, using technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST, and SOAP UI, including client generation for service consumption; 

• In-depth experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms for Web APIs, ensuring secure access control; 

• Hands-on experience deploying APIs to Azure or other cloud platforms, supporting modern cloud-based architectures; 

• Ability to organize data and write performant T-SQL queries, ensuring efficient data access and processing; 

• Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, including data access using Dapper; 

• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker, as well as streaming solutions like Kafka and cloud integrations; 

• Experience deploying .NET applications using GitHub Actions, targeting Azure App Services and Azure Kubernetes Service; 

• Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio and VS Code, supporting efficient coding and debugging workflows; 

• Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry, providing domain-specific understanding of regulated environments. 

• Salary for work amounting to 85,000 – 100,000 PHP;
