About project:
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist for our multinational client, who specializes in developing marketplaces and systems aimed at lowering the costs of IT products. They emphasize transparency, price comparison, and real-time delivery options.
Responsibilities:
As Client Support Specialist you will be providing outstanding client support for clients in Southeast Asia;
You will be managing client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases, ensuring high client satisfaction;
You will be mastering our sales platform and back-office tools for efficient order administration and warranty case processing;
You will be communicating with partners and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
3+ years experience as Client Success Specialist;
Familiarity with global teams and clients, comfortable with cross-cultural communication;
Excellent command of English to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contexts;
Ability to effectively communicate in Filipino, which is essential for interacting with local clients or colleagues;
Self-motivated, but also a team player who collaborates well with others;
Able to take initiative and focus on the details that make a difference;
Friendly and client-focused, with a true passion for solving problems.
Nice to have:
Any technical background would be a bonus in handling more complex client issues;
Familiarity with IT products or systems to better understand the client's needs.

Salary for work amounting to 40,000 – 50,000 PHP;
