About project:
We are looking for a Solution Administrator (O365) for our French client, who specializes with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities:
As Solution Administrator you will be managing and maintaining the Office 365 environment, ensuring the platform operates reliably and aligns with internal security and operational standards;
You will be managing Microsoft Intune policies for device compliance, ensuring company devices meet required security and configuration standards;
You will be supporting, implementing, monitoring, and configuring the Office 365 environment, ensuring alignment with Group standards and established support processes;
You will be automating operational tasks using scripting, improving support efficiency, reporting capabilities, workflow automation, and operational KPIs;
You will be coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders during change request management activities, ensuring proper implementation and communication of system changes;
You will be documenting Office 365 configuration and architecture, maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures and sharing knowledge with team members and key users;
You will be participating in infrastructure and system improvement projects, acting as a technical point of contact and liaison between teams;
You will be ensuring stability, performance, and lifecycle management of the email system, maintaining operational consistency and optimal response times;
You will be collaborating with Microsoft support and third-party vendors, assisting in the resolution of escalated technical issues;
You will be providing guidance and training to end users on Office 365 applications, helping them use the platform effectively and productively.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, ensuring strong practical knowledge of managing Microsoft cloud services;
1 year of scripting experience, preferably using Office scripting or PowerShell, enabling automation of administrative and operational tasks;
Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;
Experience administering Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams, enabling full management of collaboration and communication platforms;
Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, including configuration of device compliance policies, BitLocker encryption, and Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection;
Scripting knowledge using tools such as PowerShell or Office scripts, supporting automation of administrative processes and reporting tasks;
Familiarity with migration strategies from on-premises environments to Office 365, supporting cloud transition initiatives;
Basic knowledge of DNS, enabling troubleshooting of domain and email-related configuration issues;
Knowledge of email migration processes, supporting transition between messaging environments;
Experience working with Azure Active Directory, enabling effective identity and access management within the Microsoft ecosystem;
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Identity Manager, supporting identity lifecycle and access governance processes;
Willingness to work in a shifting schedule to support 24×7 team coverage, ensuring continuous operational support when required.
Nice to have:
Proficiency in French, enabling you to support a broader range of international users.
We offer:
Salary for work amounting to 65,000 – 70,000 PHP;
Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
₱3,600 monthly de minimis non-taxable allowance;
