• As Cloud Infrastructure you will be leading infrastructure and system redesign initiatives, improving scalability, performance, and resilience of existing platforms;

• You will be ensuring that infrastructure solutions meet operational, security, and business requirements, maintaining compliance and reliability across environments;

• You will be planning and coordinating infrastructure and platform migration activities, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations; 

• You will be acting as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, supporting teams in resolving critical and high-impact problems;

• You will be driving improvements in observability and incident prevention, ensuring better system monitoring and faster root cause identification;

• You will be providing technical direction and conducting deep-dive reviews, supporting teams in making sound architectural and operational decisions;

• You will be promoting best practices in infrastructure design and operational reliability, ensuring long-term stability and efficiency of systems.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability roles, ensuring strong hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing modern infrastructure environments;

• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;

• Experience participating in infrastructure redesign or migration initiatives, enabling effective support of transformation and modernization projects;

• Experience supporting production cloud or hybrid environments, ensuring familiarity with real-world operational challenges and system reliability;

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation practices, supporting efficient deployment and infrastructure management processes;

• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure architecture such as Azure, AWS, or similar platforms, enabling design of scalable and resilient systems;

• Knowledge of monitoring, performance testing, and observability tools, supporting proactive issue detection and system optimization;

• Strong troubleshooting and system-level problem-solving skills, enabling effective diagnosis and resolution of complex infrastructure issues;

• Ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives;

• Ownership mindset with strong planning and follow-through capabilities, ensuring accountability and successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives;

• Good stakeholder communication and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making across technical and business teams.

• Salary for work amounting to 110,000 – 120,000 PHP;

• Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
