About project:
We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist for our French client, who specializes with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.
Responsibilities:
As Service Delivery Specialist you will be leading the end-to-end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Network Services, ensuring consistency across all entities, regions, and brands within a global shared services model;
You will be assessing, onboarding, and coordinating network service adoption for customers, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security policies, and business requirements;
You will be defining, implementing, and governing the Network Service Delivery framework, ensuring structured and standardized service management;
You will be driving the deployment and adherence to IT Service Management best practices, ensuring high-quality and efficient service operations;
You will be establishing and maintaining a global delivery and support model, enabling scalability, operational efficiency, and extended or 24/7 service coverage;
You will be ensuring consistent monitoring, reporting, and performance management of network services, covering availability, capacity, resilience, as well as incident and change management;
You will be overseeing the service lifecycle, ensuring that any changes impacting scope, service levels, or operating conditions are properly assessed and controlled;
You will be managing contractual alignment, ensuring that service descriptions, agreements, and delivered services remain consistent with customer expectations and commitments;
You will be coordinating across Technology Services lines, leveraging team leaders and service coordinators to ensure integrated and seamless service delivery;
You will be ensuring proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance throughout service onboarding, operations, and transition phases.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Specialist, ensuring hands-on expertise in managing service delivery processes;
Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;
Experience with enterprise infrastructure and network service delivery including LAN WAN WLAN cloud networking and network security, enabling management of complex environments;
Exposure to Agile DevOps or automation-driven operating models, enabling modern and efficient service delivery approaches;
Knowledge of CMMI frameworks and process maturity assessments, enabling structured process improvement and governance;
CCNP or CCDP certification, ensuring validated expertise in network engineering and design;
Experience with Service Delivery and IT Service Management, enabling application of ITIL-based operational models in practice;
ITIL certification, ensuring alignment with industry best practices in service management;
Experience leading or coordinating global multi-disciplinary teams, enabling effective collaboration in complex organizational structures;
Knowledge of operational and infrastructure KPIs including incident management availability performance capacity and resilience, enabling effective service monitoring and optimization;
Strong customer orientation at executive level, enabling alignment of technical services with business outcomes;
Ability to influence negotiate and drive decisions across senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress in complex environments;
Strong analytical skills, enabling transformation of complex technical and operational data into actionable insights.
Nice to have:
Certifications in Palo Alto F5 or SDWAN technologies, enabling extended expertise in network security and advanced networking solutions.
We offer:
Salary for work amounting to 75,000 – 85,000 PHP;
Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000;
