Oracle C2M SOA Developer / Admin (Remote, Project-Based)

About project: 

We are looking for an Oracle Utilities QA & Performance Engineer (C2M / CC&B / MDM) for our U.S. client specializing in IT consulting and modernization for the energy and utilities sector. Our client focuses on delivering innovative solutions, including Customer Information Systems, advisory services, and large-scale transformation projects. Their mission is to support utility organizations in improving efficiency, reliability, and customer experience through advanced technology and strategic expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SOA services and integrations.

  • Administer and support Oracle SOA Suite and related middleware components.

  • Support Oracle C2M integrations, system enhancements, and production issues.

  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SOA development and/or administration, preferably with Oracle SOA Suite.

  • Must have experience with Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M).

  • Knowledge of web services, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, BPEL, OSB, or related integration technologies.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be willing and able to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Employment details:

  • Employment Type: Project-based

  • Project Duration: 9 months

We offer:

  • Salary for work amounting to 180,000 – 200,000 PHP;

  • Permanent work-from-home arrangement;

  • Company-provided equipment;

  • 3,600 PHP monthly non-taxable de minimis allowance;

  • Statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
